Kesepakatan - Kesepakatan Dalam Mengurangi Pemanasan Global

Protokol Kyoto Protokol Kyoto adalah kesepakatan yang mengatur upaya penurunan emisi gas rumah kaca oleh negara maju, secara individu atau bersama-sama. Tujuan dari perubahan iklim Kyoto adalah untuk membentuk perjanjian Internasional yang mengikat secara hukum , dimana semua negara berkomitmen untuk menangani isu pemanasan global dan emisi gas rumah kaca. Target disepakati adalah pengurangan rata-rata 5,2 % dari tingkat 1990 pada tahun 2012. ,menurut perjanjian itu, pada tahun 2012, negara-negara Annex harus telah memenuhi kewajiban mereka terhadap pengurangan emisi gas rumah kaca yang ditetapkan untuk periode komitmen pertama (2008-2012). Protokol kyoto mengatur mekanisme fleksibel berikut: a)      Implementasi bersama (joint implementation), yaitu mekanisme penurunan emisi negar negara annex 1 ( negara negara yang telah menyumbngakn gas rumah kaca sejak tahun 1850 –an ) dapat mengalihkan pengurangan emisi melalui peroyek bersama dengan tujuan mengurangi emisi akibat kegiatan manusia
